Easy Returns & Exchanges at Berkanoz

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns made after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and you may be required to cover the cost of reshipping the item back to you.
Exclusions: Custom products and virtual items (e.g., gift cards) cannot be returned.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. Items must be unused, with tags still attached, and unwashed for a return to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Reach out via online chat or email to start your return or exchange.

2. Follow Instructions: We’ll provide return instructions and refund options once we receive your request.

3. Ship the Item: Send your item(s) to the provided return address and share the tracking details with us.

4. Receive Your Refund: After receiving and inspecting your returned package, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Return Fees

· If the return is due to reasons other than a quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

· If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

· Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.

· A return request must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the package.

· Use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

· If promotional gifts were included, they must be returned as well. If not, the retail price of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 3 business days.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

· If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations made within this timeframe are free of charge.

· After 12 hours, if your order has already been packed, a 10% packing fee will apply.

· Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

· For custom items, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started. If your item is already in production, we may need to deduct up to 50% of the cost.


Custom Product Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.

· No Cancellations After Production: Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

· No Returns for Non-Quality Issues: If the custom product arrives with a defect or differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a return or exchange.
